
1:1 Offerings
1:1 sessions are offered in 2 different formats.
First, are the Other Side containers. This space is organized around a predetermined topic with specific outcomes and timelines. They are called Other Side because - in simplest terms and at its essence - ‘change’ is simply getting to the other side of our current circumstances. Because most people have never had another person teach, model and guide them through a process of personal change, we are left to figure a lot of this out on their own. And despite our best intentions, this can lead often to having unrealistic expectations about the process and desired outcomes, too scattered of a focus and an overall lack of encouragement to press through common challenges, etc. This leads many to simply quit before they ever get to the Other Side. These containers are intended to guide you to the Other Side of change. Upon completion, you will have insight and tools to continue creating a life of intentional evolution and dynamic change.
A current list of these offerings is listed below. As long as there is not a “Currently Full” tag, I am currently accepting clients.
Secondly, specific 1:1 sessions can be organized around your unique needs. Topics and focus can be just about anything related to your current experience of life. Examples of these might be: couples-work, mentoring, sadhana guidance, psychedelic integration, career guidance, trauma-informed breathwork, overcoming loneliness, etc. These sessions are meant to be initially open-ended both in terms of content and timing so that you and I can create structure for our time together that makes sense and achieves your desired end. First step would be to schedule a free 20 minute Zoom call to assess fit and go from there.
After the initial free consult, session prices range from $80-$95 hour.

1:1 Offerings - The Other Side

A to B
One of the more unspoken yet major challenges in life is effectively answering the question “How do I make changes in my life? I see where I want to go but I’m stuck here. Again.” There is not a class offered on this in high school. Despite good intentions, most parents leave their children inadequately prepared for this.
So we struggle. We may struggle for years. We may struggle our whole lives.
But there is an Other Side. It exists and you can get there. Most times you just need equal challenge/support and guidance to get there.
Do you feel frustrated as you repeatedly try to improve your life? In this module, we will work on a change that you want to make. Whether it's losing weight/eating healthier, communicating better, setting personal goals, letting go of the past, making friends, saving money, or something else. Anything else, really. The specific focus can vary but the principles remain the same.
We will engage topics like fear of change, resistance, habit energy, motivation vs discipline, seeing ourselves as our problems rather than the problem as the problem as well the role of the body & nervous system in the process of change. as they each make appearances along the way.
If you feel stuck, this is your chance to confront challenges and make lasting changes. Are you ready to move from Point A to Point B in a supportive yet challenging way?

* 7 - 8 Weekly 1-hour sessions
* 4 - 6 weekly ½- hour sessions

* Clients will have 30-45 minutes of weekly work outside of session.

Exiting Survival Mode
Are you constantly in fight/flight mode? Living check to check, just hoping to make it until “something” comes along and changes your experience? Do you have a hard time sleeping and/or just relaxing in general? Have you been stuck in the ‘ever-repeating known’ just barely keeping your proverbial nose above the waters of your life?
What many overlook here is that continued time spent in this mode creates new unhealthy connections in the brain, the central nervous system gets completely misaligned and diet/body get subjugated to a ‘survivor mindset.’ Spiraling, we anchor to incomplete, broken and wrong thoughts and ideas about life. Often, we confuse this state with how life is supposed to be : hard, unmanageable and, at times, hopeless.
This 10-week container is geared towards getting your life turned in a healthy direction. Moving from a focus on external factors that leave you feeling defeated and hopeless to a renewed and empowered focus on you and your powerful inner ability to reset and re-engage a life that leaves you hopeful and energized. Sessions will include trauma-informed breathwork, strategic visioning and real talk about the power of personal choices to create a new way forward.

De-Friending Anxiety
Let’s have a real conversation about anxiety, shall we?
First, the idea that we are supposed to go through life never experiencing anxious thoughts or having moments where fear may be the more dominant emotion is an inaccurate and misguided belief that just kind of ‘exists out there.’ Anxiety is a shared and normal part of the human experience.
Secondly, anxiety isn’t a “thing” so much as it is our body’s response to a perceived ‘thing.’ With a corrected understanding and an informed and healthy re-orientation to what anxiety is we can just simply experience it just like any response in our body and ultimately abandon its stronghold on our lives
Thirdly, we need to be honest about the ways we fuel our own anxiety and perhaps even hide behind it - using it as the main reason to not move forward in our lives. We can normalize anxiety and de-friend it at the same time.

In this container, we will create space to experience the feelings of anxiety, engage the nervous system through breathwork, apply timeless principles of mindfulness as well as take a deep dive into the roots of your current anxious disposition through a uniquely Adlerian lens of early recollections and lifestyle analysis.
The Other Side here is anxiety in its proper place in your life. Concurrently, you on your way to living in a way that is comfortable in the Present; able to manage anxious moments in your life … rather than seeing your life as one unmanageable anxious moment.
